Our proprietary analytics, automation, and AI-powered workflows help service leaders increase profitability, elevate customer satisfaction, and operate with greater efficiency.
With accelerating demand and an expanding product ecosystem, we’re scaling quickly. Building a predictable, efficient revenue engine is critical to our next stage of growth. The OpportunityWe’re looking for a strategic, analytical Sr. Director, Revenue Operations to lead the systems, processes, insights, and operating discipline behind Dynatron’s go-to-market organization. Reporting to the CRO, this leader will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance, creating the infrastructure and visibility needed to drive predictable revenue growth across the full customer lifecycle—from lead generation through acquisition, expansion, and renewal. This is not simply a reporting or CRM administration role. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, helping translate company objectives into operating plans, identify opportunities and risks through data, improve forecasting rigor, and build scalable processes that enable teams to perform at a higher level.
The ideal candidate combines strong SaaS business acumen with analytical depth and operational discipline. You understand how the pieces of a revenue engine fit together—and know how to turn data, systems, and process into better business decisions. What You’ll DoLead Revenue Strategy & GTM Planning
  • Partner closely with the CRO and GTM leadership to translate revenue strategy into executable operating plans.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance around consistent processes, definitions, metrics, and business objectives.
  • Lead annual and ongoing planning across territories, capacity, quotas, productivity, and revenue targets.
  • Model the operational implications of new products, market segments, geographies, and routes to market.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that help leadership determine where and how to invest for growth.
Drive Forecasting & Revenue Predictability
  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasting processes.
  • Establish forecasting methodology, operating cadence, and accountability across the revenue organization.
  • Improve visibility into pipeline coverage, deal progression, conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Identify risks and opportunities early and provide clear recommendations to GTM leadership.
  • Continuously improve forecast accuracy and confidence in revenue projections.
Own the Revenue Funnel
  • Establish clear measurement and operational discipline across the full funnel from lead through renewal and expansion.
  • Define and monitor conversion, velocity, productivity, pipeline, retention, and growth metrics.
  • Identify friction and leakage across the customer lifecycle and partner with functional leaders to address root causes.
  • Standardize and improve processes that increase efficiency, consistency, and customer continuity across GTM teams.
  • Lead Deal Desk strategy and governance, including deal structuring, pricing and discount approvals, and contract review processes to ensure commercial consistency, profitability, and compliance with company policies.
Lead Sales & Revenue Operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Operations / Revenue Operations team.
  • Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability.
  • Build scalable operating cadences, processes, and service models that support continued company growth.
  • Create an organization that proactively identifies business needs rather than simply responding to requests.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CRO and other GTM leaders.
Own Revenue Systems & Data
  • Own the strategy and optimization of Dynatron’s revenue technology ecosystem, including CRM, analytics, billing, and related GTM systems.
  • Drive the optimization of Salesforce workflows, reporting, and automation to support the Revenue Operations framework, strengthen pipeline visibility, and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Establish standardized workflows, approval controls, and cross-functional processes across Salesforce, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to improve quote-to-cash efficiency, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and visibility into commercial approvals.
  • Partner with Business Solutions and technical teams to ensure systems support scalable business processes and reliable reporting.
  • Drive automation that reduces manual work, improves productivity, and increases data quality.
  • Establish strong governance around revenue data, definitions, processes, and reporting.
  • Ensure GTM leaders can rely on a consistent source of truth for business performance.
Deliver Analytics & Business Insights
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting that turn revenue data into actionable insight.
  • Analyze pipeline performance, conversion, sales productivity, churn, retention, expansion, and other key revenue indicators.
  • Move beyond reporting what happened to explaining why it happened and what should happen next.
  • Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities and translate them into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Establish KPIs that connect individual and team performance to broader company objectives.
Lead Compensation & Incentive Strategy
  • Design and administer sales compensation plans aligned with company strategy and desired behaviors.
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure accurate commission calculations, accruals, and payouts.
  • Model proposed compensation changes and evaluate their financial and behavioral impact.
  • Continuously assess plan effectiveness and recommend adjustments as business priorities evolve.
Enable GTM Scale
  • Support operational readiness for new products, pricing changes, market segments, and GTM motions.
  • Partner across functions to ensure launches are supported by the appropriate processes, systems, reporting, and enablement.
  • Build infrastructure that can scale with the business without adding unnecessary complexity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how Dynatron operates as the revenue organization grows.
