Job Responsibilities 

  • Partner with Sales leadership to help define and execute a services growth strategy focused on key accounts and sub-regions. 
  • Align closely with AVPs and regional leaders to prioritize accounts and ensure consistent engagement in shaping, and solutioning opportunities across SC&E. 
  • Actively participate in sales activities, including shaping customer conversations, validating opportunity scope, ensuring the right SMEs team members are engaged early and influencing solution design.  
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insight into account dynamics, validating resource alignment, and ensuring the right people are engaged at the right time to support opportunity progression. 
  • Work with Solution Area practice leaders, delivery teams, and solution architects to align capabilities with customer needs and develop strategic messaging and solution differentiation to improve win rates. 
  • Coordinate with across the broader WWT organization to ensure timely, integrated engagement and review without creating additional stage gates. 
  • Maintain a pulse on regional business activity, providing regular updates and strategic advice to sales leadership. 
  • Identify enablement and activation needs and recommend actions to strengthen account penetration and solution adoption. 
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to influence decision-making and accelerate services growth. 
  • Ensure WWT resources are positioned as trusted advisors early in the buying cycle. 
  • Oversee the development of major proposals and support strategic initiativesidentify and drive pursuits to increase deal sizes based on WWT ability to provide a wide range of services. 
  • Track and report on critical performance metrics and business outcomes, in partnership with Sales leadership, and provide executive insights and strategic recommendations based on data and market analysis. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 15-20 years of experience in Technical Consulting from a Management Consulting Organization.
  • Proven experience in IT services/consulting strategy, Solutions architecture leadership, or Sales enablement/strategy within a technology services organization. 
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, enterprise account planning, consulting services, and solution-selling motions. 
  • Ability to navigate complex account structures and coordinate across multiple teams. 
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders. 
  • Experience in managing large enterprise accounts and complex solution sales. 
  • Broad understanding of technology landscape across WWT Solutions domains (Cloud, Networking, Data Center, Security, Digital, Data, AI, Automation) and the ability to align solutions with market competitiveness with support from Solutions SMEs/leads and articulate value propositions across consulting and solution areas. 
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results.  
  • The capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. 
  • Familiarity with integrated technology solutions, emerging technologies, and their application in a consulting environment.  
  • A focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering high-quality results. Goal-driven mindset with a track record of driving successful outcomes. 
  • Upholding professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions and decision-making. 

 

Travel Requirements 
Up to 25% of the time Domestic and International Travel 

Location RequirementsSt. Louis Highly Preferred. Open to the Midwest Region.  



Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $225,000 - $275,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview

This position requires a connector mindset, along with deep knowledge of WWT’s capabilities based on similar consulting experience, and the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple teams to position WWT to deliver consulting and solution-led outcomes.
