JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Director, Operations Strategy is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, aligning, and executing strategic initiatives in partnership with Operations leadership, Product, and Technology teams. This role serves as the single point of accountability for Operations program management, process transformation, and resource prioritization across Network Solutions.

The incumbent will oversee cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment between operational execution, product roadmaps, and technology investments. This role requires a strategic, systems-oriented leader with deep operational expertise, strong analytical and program management capabilities, and the ability to influence and execute at all levels of the organization.

 
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  1. Establish and lead a centralized Operations program management function across Network Solutions, implementing consistent prioritization frameworks, tools, methodologies, and governance
  2. Partner closely with Technology, and Product leaders to ensure end-to-end operational workflows initiatives are tightly integrated and optimized through platform transformation and AI-native solutions.
  3. Instill execution discipline and establish clear accountability for delivery, outcomes, and benefits realization
  4. Coordinate with Operations leadership to build and represent business cases for technology investment and solution design decisions
  5. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Operations program managers and process analysts.
  6. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  7. Contribute to budget development, staffing plans, and capability-building initiatives.
  8. Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.
  9. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
  10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  11. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE:

This role operates as a strategic partner to Network Solutions leadership, working collaboratively to ensure end‑to‑end connectivity, alignment, and execution of the Operations strategy in context of Digital Transformation and AI initiatives.


This role is accountable for establishing governance models and operating rhythms that enable informed decision‑making across Operations leadership, balancing enterprise priorities with functional needs.  In close partnership with cross-functional leadership, the incumbent will make recommendations and drive decisions related to operational priorities, program sequencing, resource allocation, and process transformation. In addition, ensuring adoption, sustainability, and realized value through systemic reinforcement and accountability.


The Senior Director oversees and manages staff across multiple locations and is responsible for hiring, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and workforce planning. The role requires the application of advanced problem‑solving skills, in‑depth operational knowledge, and a strong understanding of company priorities to resolve complex, non‑routine issues, operating within broadly defined policies and strategic direction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, or transformation leadership roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of people management experience, including leading managers or senior individual contributors.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale operational and cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous environments and drive execution toward strategic objectives
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels, navigate ambiguity, and execute under pressure.
  • Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
  • Proficiency with business systems, analytics tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Availability to travel as needed (approximately 10–20%).
  • Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone
