- Help define the long term vision of the game and help set the strategy to reach that vision.
- Responsible for crafting a feature roadmap that will drive business results in alignment with the game’s vision.
- Ensure designs meet the business goals, but also meet player’s needs, and are aligned with the best-in-class market trends.
- Lead, guide and mentor a team of experienced PMs that are coordinating the entire game’s feature set. Support the team on the most innovative and meaningful product challenges.
- Work with the leadership team to hit daring targets to optimize lifetime value of the player base.
- Lead collaboration with different interfaces within and outside the department.
- Drive constant improvement of the Product Management craft, team health, processes, and methodologies.
- Help identify inefficiencies and provide long term solutions in our feature development and live operation processes & tooling to further drive operational excellence.
- Proven and extensive experience leading Product teams and/or Game Designers in social or mobile F2P games, ideally running a live game with strong Social / PvP / Multiplayer elements.
- Track record of driving product roadmap that shapes player behaviors & drives product critical metrics
- Ability to effectively balance the needs of technology, business, and player experience.
- Proficiency in behavioral economics, demonstrating a detailed understanding of both product and player lifecycles
- Thrives in games as a live service environment, making changes with an engaged community
