Overview of the Position:
The Senior Director, Product Management, will assist in the strategic development, management and execution of the key elements of the product management organization. The individual will lead team members in the market strategy and financial performance of core product lines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships, quarterly reviews, report management and supplier contract negotiations.
- Develop and manage product and supplier forecast plans to include retention and strategic growth initiatives.
- Manage the identification of OEM and aftermarket opportunities through data mining and research.
- Oversee sales campaigns, including execution and performance data.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the company in specified product management categories.
- Manage product line inventory availability through forecast and part applicability reviews.
- Manage inventory investment opportunities along with excess and obsolete inventory.
- Oversee strategic customer bid process and coordinate with the business on customer term negotiations.
- Outline the price management strategy for the various customer and product groups.
- Manage team product line market and competitive analysis resulting in inventory and price actions.

Education / Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related degree (MBA preferred) with a Minimum of 10 years of related aerospace experience, 5 of which in a leadership position. Aviation experience preferred.
