The Opportunity

“Seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Director of Platform Management to lead in bringing innovative and patented analytic capabilities to the next generation of FICO Platform. As part of a dynamic team, your expertise will play a crucial role in making FICO’s state-of-the-art fraud analytics, credit risk analytics, and agentic AI capabilities available through APIs and elegant user interfaces.” – Senior Director, Platform Management

What You’ll Contribute

  • Product Strategy: Own the product lifecycle from, aligning to FICO strategic priorities, research, business planning, requirements gathering, and design, through product launch, representing the voice of the customer, KPI measurement, and driving future innovation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage and influence stakeholders spanning algorithmic research, user experience design, engineering, product, finance, marketing, sales, and executives to align to a common goal.
  • Scalability & Performance: Work with the Chief Analytic Officer’s team to understand the high-performance computing aspects of FICO’s technology and ensure the next generation Platform supports analytic authoring requirements and delights our most sophisticated data scientists.
  • Analytic Authoring: Define the build/license strategy for the next generation analytic authoring environment (e.g. SageMaker), including bringing the scorecard authoring APIs and user experience behind the FICO Score to the next generation Platform. Ensure two-way integration between customers’ analytic pipelines and model execution on FICO Platform.
  • Agentic AI: Infuse our decisioning assets such as rulesets, decision tables, trees, graphs, features, scorecards and more with algorithmic readiness so that users can leverage Machine Learning, omnipresent agentic/AI tooling, and mathematical optimization to discover more profitable decision logic.

What We’re Seeking

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of high-performance distributed computing systems that manage concurrency and ordering of transactions.
  • 8+ years in software product management with strong hands-on experience managing requirements, collaborating with user-experience designers and engineers to deliver intuitive and impactful enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience in fraud analytics, data science, credit risk, decision intelligence, Generative AI, fintech, or adjacent domains.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for learning and educating colleagues and customers. Strong soft skills with a genuine interest in people and a desire to help them be wildly successful.
  • Able to maintain focus and effectiveness under pressure, adaptable to change, and recover quickly from setbacks.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

  • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $158,000 to $248,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
