The Senior Director, Commercial Growth Marketing will lead digital demand generation strategy for the Commercial segment within the Corporates business. About the Role

  • Lead digital demand generation strategy for the Commercial segment within the Corporates business, with accountability for pipeline contribution and growth. 
  • Build and scale integrated, digital-first demand programs designed to acquire and engage commercial and SMB customers. 
  • Develop demand strategies across multiple product segments, aligning messaging, channel strategy, and investment to customer needs and buying journeys. 
  • Drive full-funnel marketing programs across paid media, email, web, nurture, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization. 
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and other cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated campaigns that support business priorities. 
  • Use data, testing, and performance insights to optimize demand generation effectiveness and improve return on marketing investment. 
  • Establish measurement frameworks and reporting to track funnel performance, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness. 
  • Manage budget allocation across programs and channels, prioritizing investment based on business goals and performance. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure strong execution and continuous improvement. 
  • Champion modern marketing capabilities, tools, and processes that improve scale, efficiency, and performance. 

About you

Required Qualifications 

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant experience in digital demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing. 
  • Proven success marketing to commercial and/or SMB audiences in a B2B technology, SaaS, or information services environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling digital demand programs across multiple channels and customer segments. 
  • Strong expertise in demand generation disciplines, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, email, web, nurture, and funnel optimization. 
  • Experience supporting growth across multiple products or solution areas, with the ability to tailor strategies to different customer segments and buying motions. 
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with experience using data and insights to guide investment decisions and performance improvement. 
  • Proven ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree required. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in a complex, multi-product B2B business. 
  • Experience building scaled demand generation programs for commercial segments beyond enterprise or field-led models. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and attribution tools. 
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and agency partners. 
  • Advanced degree preferred.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $137,200 USD - $254,800 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
