Job OverviewDePuy Synthes is seeking a transformational and operationally strong Senior Director of IT Operations to lead enterprise-wide infrastructure, end-user services, cloud operations, cybersecurity operations partnership, service management, and operational excellence across a global MedTech organization. This leader will play a critical role in building a scalable, secure, resilient, and fit-for-purpose technology operations capability that enables business growth, manufacturing continuity, commercial execution, and innovation.
The role will partner closely with the CTO, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Digital & Data teams, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Commercial, and Shared Services organizations to ensure world-class operational performance and user experience while supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, ERP modernization, cloud adoption, and business separation activities.
This role requires a strong blend of operational discipline, strategic thinking, transformation leadership, financial management, vendor governance, and people leadership within a highly regulated global healthcare environment. Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations Leadership
- Lead global IT Operations across infrastructure, cloud, networks, workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, identity and access management operations, service desk, field services, and operational support functions.
