WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- ·Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- ·Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
- ·Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- ·Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure the product meets their needs.
- ·Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future product decisions.
- ·Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
WHAT YOU BRING
- ·Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the identity or security industry.
- ·Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- ·Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies, identity security, cybersecurity, authentication technologies, and related regulatory environments.
- ·Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ·Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a track record of successful product launches.
- ·Customer Focus: Deep empathy for customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
- ·Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- ·Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
