The pay range for this role is estimated to be $175,000.00 - $235,000.00 at the time of posting and will be eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with company practices. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills
Tasks and Qualifications:Accountabilities:
- Define global learning needs by aligning KION business strategy to the overall talent agenda and design the global learning portfolio to scale accordingly
- Lead and develop a team of learning partners located across the KION global footprint to deliver innovative learning solutions that will advance the skills and expertise of the KION Group
- Closely monitor global learning solutions effectiveness by creating, monitoring, tracking and reporting on critical KPIs
- Build strong relationships and consult with business leaders, HR partners, and People Development to build best learning strategies and experiences that meet people where they are and bring them forward on their journey
- Develop and deploy a learning governance model and community to drive alignment in strategy and execution
- Through a deep understanding of learning and development processes, drive optimization and continuous improvement in order to fuel a culture of learning, including the use of technology and on-demand learning solutions available to all employees
- Leverage class-leading vendors to introduce new tools and methods for blended learning and performance support. Drive a progressive learning strategy built on technology and automation
- Utilize Workday Learning to drive further integration of intentional development strategies together with learning solutions
- Deep understanding of financial and cost modeling and management across a matrix organization and across operating units
- Experience building and managing fit-for-purpose learning solutions for various operating units and matrices
- Understanding of functional, technical and leadership development portfolios
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in HR, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related field and 15+ years of experience in operationalizing learning strategies across a global business enterprise
- Proven experience developing and executing complex learning strategies across a global organization that build lasting capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging technology to promote a learning culture through the enterprise
- Possesses strong project/program management and facilitation skills. Lean Six Sigma and/or project management experience preferred
- Previous success in influencing without direct authority to effectively manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and clients
- Previous success in leading large scale, complex enterprise-wide learning development projects leading to successful learning solutions across enterprises
