About the Role:
The Senior Director of Global Connectivity is responsible for defining and executing a unified, global connectivity strategy across a large-scale retail landscape, including stores, distribution centers, offices, data centers and digital platforms.
This role is critical to ensuring always-on, secure, and high-performance connectivity for thousands of retail locations, where network availability directly impacts revenue, customer experience, and store operations.
The successful candidate will lead the standardization and globalization of connectivity services, transforming fragmented regional networks into a cohesive, scalable, and resilient global platform. This role requires close collaboration with Security, Retail Infrastructure, and Digital Workplace teams, while continuously driving innovation to support modern retail technologies. This role will provide leadership and guidance to the PVH Global Connectivity Engineering team, focused on ensuring that investments and initiatives are aligned with the IT PVH+ Plan, strategy and priorities. This role will lead, manage, coach, and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
What You'll Do:
Global Connectivity Strategy
• Define and lead a global connectivity strategy tailored to retail environments
• Standardize network architecture across:
o Stores (POS, self-checkout, IoT devices)
o Distribution and logistics centers (WMS, WCS, and automation systems)
o Corporate offices
o Cloud environments (public & private)
• Drive a “one-network” global model, reducing regional variation while allowing necessary local flexibility
Design resilient solutions including:
• Dual WAN / ISP redundancy by leveraging SDWAN capabilities
• 4G/5G/LEO failover capabilities for stores
• Partner closely with Retail Infrastructure to ensure seamless integration of POS, payment systems, and in-store technologies
Security & Compliance Partnership
• Definition and Implementation of secure-by-design network architecture
• Leverage SASE integration together with SDWAN
• Lead strategy and lifecycle of firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco), IPS, URL filtering, NAC and ADC
• Oversee public cloud integration with enterprise focusing on AWS and hybrid cloud environments
• Drive Zero Trust strategy
Innovation in Retail Connectivity
• Enable next-generation retail capabilities through connectivity, including:
o IoT and smart store technologies
o Immersive experience, AI-driven analytics
o Mobile POS and frictionless checkout
• Drive adoption of:
o SD-WAN / SASE
o Full stack Network automation and observability
• Continuously improve store experience, speed, and reliability
Connectivity Platform & Automation
• DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox), Public DNS & Domains, Akamai GTM/Geo,
• Lead automation strategy using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Git
• Implement observability and SRE frameworks
• Manage ADC, certificate lifecycle
• Manage & implement ITIL framework improvements
• Leads a team composed of engineers and architects and supervises large/complex project teams
Budgetary Responsibilities
• Own and manage budgets assigned to specific projects as well as team’s annual operating budget
• Work with Global Corporate & Consumer portfolio leader & owner to develop annual budgets and support the portfolio owner in managing to assigned budget
• The Sr. Director will prepare, manage & track budgets & estimates for their respective area throughout the year
• Prepare all supporting financial documentation & respective processes on new projects to be undertaken (e.g., proformas, business case/ROIs, CER’s, CapEx schedule/forecast)

Pay Range:$164,100 - $210,900PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
