Job purpose:
As the Sr. Director, European Business Unit HPE, your role is to lead, develop and execute the divisional strategy alongside delivering profitable growth. You will work with the business unit teams across the region towards achievement of overall market and market share growth.
Location: This position can be based in any European country where TD SYNNEX operates.
What You'll Do:Development and execution of the AOP, value propositions, and quarterly plans.
Maintaining and enhancing executive stakeholder relationships internally and externally within HPE to enable the plan and secure incremental investment.
Ownership of the execution of the European sub-operations plan, achieving quarterly and annual business objectives.
Drive the building of programs and campaigns that can be executed across multiple countries, leveraging regional and global resources within TD SYNNEX.
Ownership of regional business reviews with executive stakeholders, building a high-performance team.
Engage with Country Management executive teams in quarterly reviews and planning sessions.
Presenting at public events to audiences of different levels and capabilities, acting as a visible thought leader in the IT channel.
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT sector, ideally within a Vendor, Distributor or Partner environment, with proven exposure to European markets.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Additional European languages are a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or a related field required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
5 to 8 years of experience directly managing or supervising employees.
Strong leadership skills, with a proactive, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to communicate clearly and convey information effectively across different levels of management and in multicultural environments.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to drive tasks to completion and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a collaborative approach.
Strong interpersonal and multicultural skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships.
Able to negotiate skillfully, promote ideas persuasively, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Able to construct and deliver formal presentations.
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Proficiency in relevant computer systems and tools at an advanced level, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
Able to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and perspectives of others.
