Duties & Responsibilities
Provides leadership, vision, and guidance to PCG’s business leads in providing industry-leading solutions in one or more business lines in the education practice
Leads the development and dissemination of education related white papers, reports, guidance documents, procedure manuals, training materials, and other written materials for clients and the firm
Actively participates in firm-wide initiatives and national conferences, sharing best practices, strategies, and helping position PCG as the premier education solutions provider to schools and communities worldwide
Leverages industry knowledge to lead teams in the design of resources and processes that result in high quality deliverables.
Leads business development within a specific business line, in close partnership with a focused business development team, through participation in proposals, demonstrations, strategic client conversations
Develops new business opportunities and contacts through analyzing existing markets and networks.
Builds a network of effective, collaborative, and trusted relationships clients, prospective clients, and/or business partners.
Effectively recruits, hires, coaches, and supervises one or more team members and ensures strong employee engagement.
Other tasks as to be determined by PCG management.
Required Skills
Subject Matter expertise in a public-sector programs related to Education, Health, or Human Services.
Strong interpersonal skills and some experience leading teams.

Qualifications
Education
- Must possess a Master’s Degree (or higher) in education or a related field of expertise
Experience
- 8+ years of experience developing, bidding, winning, and delivering public sector management consulting services with progressively increasing level of leadership responsibility. Demonstrated experience in a public sector setting is preferred. Experience supervising teams.
Certification
- Professional certification is industry specific and may be required by certain client engagements.

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $130,700-$175,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
