The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Digital Supply Chain to lead the digital transformation of our global distribution operations and supply chain. This role is pivotal in driving the design, selection, and implementation of advanced digital solutions across demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, transportation management systems (TMS), Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), supplier performance, and procurement.
The Senior Director will partner with various business functions to ensure that technology is implemented to streamline and enhance operations, all while leveraging Lean principles to optimize processes before automation. Additionally, this role will be responsible for overseeing KPIs for the Distribution Operation and Supply Chain, leveraging analytics and insights tools like Power BI and other systems to drive performance improvements and strategic decision-making.
Reports to SVP, Global Supply Chain & Distribution.
This is a remote/virtual role with travel up to 30% globally.
What we’re looking for:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:

10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in planning, demand and supply chain operations, and technology implementation.

Proven experience leading and managing large-scale software implementations (preferably in planning, inventory management, or TMS) in global operations.

Expertise in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement processes with a track record of driving operational efficiency.

Deep understanding of demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, TMS, DRP, and procurement functions

Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse teams in a global environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong proficiency in using analytics and insights tools such as Power BI, as well as experience with other reporting and data visualization systems.
How you will thrive and create an impact:
- Lead the development and execution of a global strategy for the digital transformation of supply chain operations, with a focus on demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, TMS, DRP, supplier performance, and procurement.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of planning software solutions to drive improvements in forecasting, capacity planning, order management, transportation management, and inventory optimization.
- Ensure that all digital initiatives align with operational goals and are delivered on-time, on-budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
- Partner with IT and operational teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems with existing supply chain processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes by leveraging Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
- Lead the evaluation, testing, and refinement of digital solutions to guarantee they meet business needs before full-scale deployment.
- Provide operational leadership to the planning organization, ensuring processes are structured for scale and success, while promoting a culture of innovation and agility.
- Establish best practices for process design, configuration, testing, and change management in large-scale system implementations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including IT, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service) to ensure successful software rollout and adoption.
- Track performance metrics to evaluate the impact of technology solutions on key business goals, including operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction.
- Develop and manage KPIs for the Distribution Operation and Supply Chain, using analytics and insights tools like Power BI and other systems to provide actionable data that supports operational decisions and performance improvements.
- Mentor and develop a high-performance team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of Lean excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
