Position Summary

Responsible for oversight and direction of HPCCR’s Continuous Services division.  These services help support the clinical operations of the organization and allow for seamless 24/7 availability and coverage. Provides direct supervision of team managers and who are responsible for day-to-day supervision of field staff.  Ensures effective coordination of internal and external caregivers.  Ensures patient care is provided in accordance with established organizational procedures and government regulations.  Develops, supervises, hires, and trains all administrative and clinical staff within their department.    Interprets organizational reports and data; using information for ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.  Actively participates in on-going process improvement.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Diploma or Associates Degree in nursing is required; Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree preferred.  Or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, and work experience.

A current, active, and unrestricted compact (multistate) license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.

Minimum 2 years related experience required with increasing management responsibilities.  Related experience includes home health/hospice, oncology, and medical surgical.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Skills Required

  • Diploma or Associates Degree in nursing
