We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Change Management and Culture to lead our efforts in navigating the complexities of organizational change within our healthcare company with fostering a collaborative and thriving culture. This role is pivotal in developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with our vision to provide exceptional patient care and innovate healthcare delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in change management, effective communication, and fostering a positive company culture dually developing the strategy and leading the execution.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Change Management Strategy Development:

   - Design and implement a holistic change management strategy that supports the organization’s objectives and enhances our adaptability to change.

   - Assess the impact of changes on employees and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and the overall healthcare landscape while maintaining a bias for action.

2. Execution and Implementation:

   - Roll out change initiatives effectively, translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring timely execution.

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change efforts, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.

3. Stakeholder Communication:

   - Develop and execute robust communication plans that articulate the vision, purpose, and benefits of change initiatives to all stakeholders including the employee population.

   - Foster open and transparent communication channels, encouraging feedback and addressing concerns throughout the change process.

4. Company Culture Enhancement:

   - Work to cultivate a culture that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement, aligning organizational behaviors with company values.

   - Implement initiatives that promote engagement, collaboration, and resilience among employees during periods of change.

5. Leadership and Training:

   - Mentor and guide teams across the organization to build change management capabilities and foster a proactive approach to managing change.

   - Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip employees with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate change effectively.

6. Monitoring and Evaluation:

   - Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering data to analyze outcomes and inform future strategies.

   - Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:


- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, preferably within the healthcare sector.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful change management strategies.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to execute initiatives in a timely manner.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter’s Model, ADKAR).

- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive organizational culture and drive employee engagement.

Compensation Range:

$103,043.00

to

$154,563.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.

Skills Required

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in change management, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven track record developing and executing successful change management strategies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute initiatives timely
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
