Match Group is a leading provider of dating products across the globe. Our portfolio includes Tinder, Hinge, Match, Meetic, PlentyOfFish, OkCupid, The League, HER, and others, each designed to spark meaningful connections for singles worldwide. Creating a sense of belonging doesn’t stop at our products - it’s the foundation of every team we hire.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our office 3 days/week.

Match Group is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Marketing to lead brand marketing across our Europe Emerging & Evergreen portfolio. This is a senior regional marketing leadership role for a true 360° brand marketer: someone who can move seamlessly from insight and strategy through to execution, who understands how brand and performance work together to fuel growth, and who can build brands that are culturally relevant, commercially effective, and deeply resonant for the audiences they serve.

Based in Paris, this leader will drive European marketing plans and business performance for key Europe brands, while partnering with broader global teams to ensure consistency in brand positioning, messaging, and standards across markets.

This role is especially critical for Meetic and OurTime / DisonsDemain, two brands with strong foundations and meaningful market presence, each at an important moment of evolution. Success in this role will require the ability to sharpen positioning, strengthen local relevance, create standout campaigns, and connect brand investment to measurable business growth.

What You’ll Do

Regional Brand Strategy & Market Leadership
  • Lead brand marketing strategy and execution across Europe E&E brands, with primary responsibility for Meetic and OurTime / DisonsDemain.

  • Build and own annual marketing plans for priority European markets, translating business goals into clear brand and go-to-market strategies.

  • Define regional priorities, investment choices, and operating plans that support both brand health and commercial performance.

  • Partner with global and cross-regional counterparts to ensure local plans are aligned to broader brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and strategic direction, without losing market nuance.

  • Brand Positioning, Campaigns & Creative Stewardship
  • Help shape and evolve brand positioning, narratives, and campaign strategy for Meetic and OurTime / DisonsDemain, ensuring clarity, distinctiveness, and consistency across touchpoints.

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns from brief through launch, optimization, and learning, ensuring the brands come to life through compelling creative work, high-quality execution, and culturally relevant ideas.

  • Manage an internal Creative team, maintaining a high creative bar and strong brand stewardship across regional campaigns, assets, and activations.

  • Commercial Impact, Budgeting & Measurement
  • Own regional budget allocation and prioritization for key Europe brands, balancing long-term brand building with short-term business needs.

  • Partner with Growth, Analytics, and Media teams to connect brand work to measurable outcomes and ensure marketing plans are grounded in a clear KPI framework.

  • Bring a commercially rigorous mindset to decision-making, with a clear view of how brand investment supports awareness, consideration, acquisition, and long-term growth.

  • Consumer Insight, Product Partnership & Local Relevance
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and UX partners to ensure the in-app experience delivers on the brand promise for each brand.

  • Help shape product marketing narratives, launches, and moments that reinforce brand positioning and drive member value.

  • Act as a strong voice of the consumer in product discussions, bridging brand strategy and product reality—particularly important as both brands evolve.

  • Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, creating clarity, accountability, and strong cross-functional ways of working.

  • Align partners across Marketing, Product, Growth, Insights, Creative, Comms, PR, and Media around shared business goals and executional excellence.

  • Operate as a player-coach: setting a vision, driving impact, and creating an environment of empowerment, creativity, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 13+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in consumer tech, digital products, lifestyle brands, or other fast-moving consumer categories.

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end brand strategy and execution, from insight and positioning through campaigns, measurement, and growth impact.

  • Strong creative judgment and a clear point of view on how to build modern, culturally relevant brands that people want to talk about.

  • A commercially minded, data-literate approach, with comfort making decisions using both qualitative and quantitative inputs.

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional work across brand, product, growth, media, insights, and communications.

  • Experience leading regional or international marketing in complex, matrixed environments, with the ability to balance consistency and local relevance across markets.

  • A builder’s mindset: pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and energized by brands in evolution.

  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach teams, set a high bar, and drive accountability.

  • Fluent English is required.

  • French fluency is strongly preferred.

At Match Group, we build products and brands that help people make meaningful connections. Across E&E, the ambition is to build enduring brands and innovative experiences for every community, lifestyle, and lifestage, combining sharp insight, bold creativity, and disciplined investment to deliver measurable growth.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how some of Europe’s most important dating brands grow in-market, partner closely with senior leadership, and help define what modern, effective regional brand marketing looks like at Match Group.
