Job Description
The Senior Director, Global AMS Marketing is responsible for setting and executing the global marketing strategy for Brink’s ATM Managed Services (AMS) business. This role defines how Brink’s end‑to‑end AMS capabilities are positioned, marketed, and commercialized across regions, customer segments, and channels worldwide.
This is a strategic, commercially oriented marketing leadership role that sits closely aligned with sales, product, and operations. The role translates Brink’s global AMS strategy into clear value propositions, differentiated messaging, and scalable go‑to‑market frameworks that support growth across mature and emerging markets.
The Senior Director serves as a key thought partner to the EVP, Global AMS and regional AMS leaders, ensuring that Brink’s operational scale, reliability, security, and integrated service model are clearly understood by customers and converted into measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
Global Marketing Strategy & Positioning
Own and continuously refine the global marketing strategy for Brink’s ATM Managed Services business, aligned to overall AMS growth priorities and financial objectives.
Define and maintain clear, differentiated global positioning and value propositions for Brink’s end‑to‑end AMS offering, including deployment, monitoring, forecasting, processing, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
Ensure global consistency in how AMS capabilities are articulated, while enabling appropriate regional customization for local market needs.
Go‑to‑Market & Commercial Enablement
Develop scalable global go‑to‑market frameworks that support new customer acquisition, renewals, expansions, and solution adoption across regions.
Partner closely with global and regional AMS sales leaders to enable pipeline growth through solution narratives, pitch materials, proposals, and customer‑specific value messaging.
Provide strategic marketing support for large, complex, multi‑country AMS pursuits and key global accounts.
Product & Solution Marketing
Serve as the global marketing lead for ATM solutions, translating complex operational, technology, and delivery capabilities into clear, customer‑centric messaging.
Partner with global product, technology, and operations teams to support launches of new AMS capabilities, service enhancements, and bundled solutions.
Own the global solution messaging architecture and ensure alignment across sales tools, customer communications, and digital channels.
Market Insight & Competitive Intelligence
Lead global market insight and competitive intelligence efforts across the AMS landscape, including banks, credit unions, retailers, independent ATM deployers, and fintech/payment providers.
Translate insights into actionable positioning, segmentation strategies, and differentiated messaging by region and customer type.
Equip sales and leadership teams with a clear understanding of competitive dynamics and Brink’s points of differentiation.
Demand Generation & Thought Leadership
Design and oversee global demand generation and thought‑leadership initiatives that reinforce Brink’s leadership in ATM managed services.
Partner with global marketing function to execute integrated campaigns, industry events, and executive‑level customer engagements.
Support Brink’s external presence in the ATM, payments, and financial infrastructure ecosystem through targeted content and industry visibility.
Cross‑Functional & Global Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to the AMS leadership team on market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate across regions and functions in a highly matrixed environment, influencing without direct authority.
Ensure alignment between global strategy and regional execution while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:
12+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, ideally within managed services, financial services, payments, fintech, or infrastructure‑based industries.
Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
Demonstrated success leading global go‑to‑market, solution marketing, and commercial enablement efforts.
Strong commercial orientation with proven experience partnering closely with senior sales and business leaders.
Ability to translate complex, operationally intensive offerings into compelling, customer‑focused value propositions.
Experience operating effectively in a global, matrixed organization with regional leaders and diverse markets.
