Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

• Lead the vision and execution of Alegeus’ enterprise AI strategy, transforming emerging technologies into impactful solutions that enhance products, platforms, and customer experiences.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, R&D, Data, Security, and business leaders to identify high-value opportunities and deliver scalable AI-powered capabilities that solve real-world challenges.

• Champion innovation by driving AI experimentation, rapid prototyping, and production-ready solutions, including intelligent automation, predictive insights, and generative AI applications.

• Establish and evolve responsible AI governance practices that ensure security, compliance, transparency, and ethical use of AI across the organization.

• Build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams across AI product management, engineering, data science, and delivery, creating a culture of accountability, learning, and breakthrough thinking.

• Influence enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools and capabilities that improve productivity, accelerate decision-making, and create measurable business outcomes.
