As a member of our multicultural team that operates internationally – the Digital Communications Team within International Communications at Medtronic – you'll be at the heart of our digital strategy. In your role, you'll play a crucial part in our digital communications efforts by providing actionable insights to enhance our online presence and engagement.
The Sr. Digital & Social Media Specialist – Analytics & Reporting reports to the Sr. Manager Digital Communications. The position will be based in the Medtronic Service Center in Prague, Czech Republic and will be defined as Remote.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and regular reports to track digital communication performance across various platforms.
- Analysing data from multiple sources (e.g., web analytics, social media metrics, social listening data) to identify trends, insights, conversations, competitor activities etc., as well as areas for improvement.
- Providing actionable recommendations to optimize content and campaigns based on data analysis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives.
- Supporting the creation of corporate and reputation building content (text, story, image, video, podcast, etc.) for different target groups with a focus on healthcare leaders.
- Supporting the development/adaptation and execution of Brand & Reputation building digital paid campaigns.
- Participating in international projects and initiatives which will be assigned to you by the Sr. Manager Digital Communications.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant.
- Minimum 5 years of experience connected to digital communications.
- Experience connected to digital & social media metrics.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English & very good command of French.
- Analytical mindset; passionate around data and its visualization as well as reporting.
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment; willingness to build international connections.
- Excellent project management and self-organization skills; proficiency in MS Office programs.
Nice to have’s for this role are: being familiar with an international, complex working environment (matrix organization), experience with copywriting and an elevated affinity for storytelling.
