As a Sr. Digital Product Manager on the Digital Technology team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Develop and implement a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Work with cross organizational stakeholders to define business and user requirements, scope projects, uphold high usability standards, support development, and optimize products
  • Enhance user experience and ensure continuous improvement on both desktop and mobile platforms
  • Work with SEO team and the development team to help manage and help execute technical search optimizations

  • Experience:
    • Strong understanding of web development and design
    • Good understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
    • Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing web products
    • Familiar with digital concepts like SEO and PPC
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all web product-related matters
    • Organize and present data in a format that is easily consumable by non-technical users
    • Website analytics experience would be a plus
    • AI experience would be a plus
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, marketing, or business
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model require. Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
    • Office location: 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, Tx.
