We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our paid media initiatives, with a focus on advanced AI technologies, automation, audience modeling, analytics, and digital journey design and optimization. This senior role will drive the optimization of our advertising efforts across multiple digital platforms, enhancing brand visibility, audience engagement, and overall ROI.

What will you do?

  • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer.

  • Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understands Christ’s mandate to protect children. Commits to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abides by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Reports any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately supports responses to incidents if they occur.

  • Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute high-level paid media strategies that leverage AI and automation to drive impactful results. Align initiatives with overarching business objectives and oversee cross-channel efforts.

  • Campaign Oversight: Manage the end-to-end execution of complex paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Advanced Audience Modeling: Utilize sophisticated audience segmentation and modeling techniques to gain deep insights into target audiences. Analyze user behavior to tailor campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize insights to inform strategic adjustments and enhance overall performance.

  • Digital Journey Design & Optimization: Lead the design and optimization of paid digital customer journeys to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion rates. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless interactions across all touchpoints.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with CRO strategies to improve the effectiveness of landing pages, ad creatives, and overall user flows. Conduct A/B testing and other methodologies to determine optimal approaches.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all paid media channels. Mentor and guide team members in best practices.

  • Budget Strategy: Manage and strategically allocate a substantial paid media budget to maximize spend efficiency and return on investment.

  • Innovation & Market Trends: Stay at the forefront of industry trends in paid media, AI technologies, and digital marketing strategies. Champion innovative solutions and best practices to elevate our paid media efforts.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media management with a significant focus on digital advertising, ideally in a senior role.

  • Expertise in AI tools for marketing automation, audience analytics, and digital journey design.

  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through data interpretation, performance analysis, and CRO initiatives.

  • Extensive experience with major advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
