We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a team responsible for the design, development, and operation of a multi-tenant SaaS platform, currently undergoing a migration toward a cloud-native microservices architecture.

The project focuses on scalability, resilience, observability, application modernization, distributed systems, and the transformation of legacy environments into centralized cloud solutions.

The technology stack includes Go (Golang), Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, WebSockets, and public cloud technologies, with a primary focus on AWS/EKS and experience working in multi-cloud environments, including Azure/AKS.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes-based environments.

  • Operate and improve Kubernetes environments in production, including upgrades, scaling, reliability, and troubleshooting.

  • Work with Deployments, StatefulSets, HPA, PDB, probes, PVC, and StorageClass.

  • Work with Kubernetes Operators, including custom operators such as filterd-operator and queue-operator.

  • Design and maintain automation solutions using Helm, including charts, templates, values layering, base-* sub-charts, and multiple values layers.

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and CD tools such as Harness, Argo, or Spinnaker.

  • Work across multi-cloud environments, primarily AWS EKS and Azure AKS.

  • Improve security and operational practices, including vulnerability management, image scanning, patching, and infrastructure hardening.

  • Implement security-focused controls such as IAM least privilege, secrets management, encryption, and audit logging.

  • Work with networking and mTLS, including cert-manager, TLS between services, and internal Kubernetes DNS.

  • Improve observability using Prometheus and Grafana, including PromQL, ServiceMonitors, and alerting rules.

  • Contribute to infrastructure reliability, scalability, observability, and deployment automation.

  • Interact with microservices primarily developed in Go (Golang), with the ability to read and debug Go code.

  • Collaborate with platform, security, and compliance teams to support audit-ready and compliance-oriented environments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related infrastructure engineering roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, particularly in production environments.

  • Experience with Deployments, StatefulSets, HPA, PDB, probes, storage (PVC/StorageClass), and troubleshooting.

  • Experience with Helm, including charts, templates, and values layering.

  • Experience with Docker.

  • Strong experience with AWS/EKS, including IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB/ELB, Route53, and KMS.

  • Experience with Azure/AKS and multi-cloud environments.

  • Experience with Terraform Automation and Infrastructure as Code.

  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins and a CD tool such as Harness, Argo, or Spinnaker.

  • Experience with infrastructure security practices, including IAM, secrets management, container security, and network policies.

  • Experience with Prometheus and Grafana, including PromQL, ServiceMonitors, and alerting rules.

  • Knowledge of networking/mTLS, cert-manager, TLS between services, and internal Kubernetes DNS.

  • Basic Go (Golang) knowledge or the ability to read and debug Go code.

  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Advanced English – mandatory.

  • Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
