Overview:

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead Development Team:
- Manage and mentor a team of developers
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive team success
Custom Salesforce Development:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our custom application, Pulse, built on top of Salesforce
- Ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and are scalable and maintainable
Robotic Process Automation (RPA):
- Lead RPA initiatives using tools like Actian and explore opportunities with Microsoft Automation tools
- Streamline business processes and improve efficiency through automation
Integrations and Data Management:
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce, Workday, our data warehouse, and external client data feeds
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems
AI Projects and Innovation:
- Drive the planning and execution of upcoming AI projects
- Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate AI solutions into our technology stack
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop technology strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation
Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and finalize development projects within scope, schedule, and budget
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and manage expectations
Technical Leadership:
- Provide architectural guidance and technical expertise across all development efforts
- Establish best practices and standards for software development and integrations
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in software development with significant experience in Salesforce development
- Proven track record of leading and managing development teams
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Actian and Microsoft Power Automate, or other
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, middleware, and data synchronization between systems
- Familiarity with AI technologies and implementing AI-driven solutions
Leadership Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to mentor developers and promote a culture of continuous learning
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools
- Preferred experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
