Senior mainframe developer to design, code, and test core banking Systematics modules. Lead data sourcing, migration strategy, product mapping, gap analysis, and client impact assessments. - Possesses strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools, agile and waterfall methodologies as well as all functional areas in an IT organization
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Ability to answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; ability to teach and mentor less experienced team members
