The Senior Designer will work on the Creative Team responsible for the omnichannel creative process within the North America Marketing team. This person will support the effective execution of content-led marketing and commercial initiatives with executional excellence by facilitating communication and collaboration between the broader Content Marketing and Creative teams, as well as cross-functional partners (including, but not limited to: brand marketing, partner marketing, brand digital & e-commerce operations, VM & in-store Marketing, social and paid media teams, and external creative partners). They will ensure that all creative work is developed in alignment with Foot Locker, Inc. overall marketing strategy, brand positioning and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling assets, motion graphics and templates for digital marketing (e-commerce site, mobile app), social media platforms and paid media ads with consideration of channel, size, and customer target, as part of a campaign or concept, or as a standalone element.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and design initiatives.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and execute digital design, editing, layout needs via Air Table ticketing system.
  • Manage and regularly update cross-functional workflow: support team on design operational needs, schedule/attend/document meetings (and other pertinent milestones and sessions)
  • Occasionally, provide onsite support for the Creative Team with photoshoot production (can include creation of creative presentation decks, wardrobe docs, etc.)

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree preferred; Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience as Graphic Designer, Production Artist and/or similar role in creative industries experience preferred.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft 365 suite of applications
  • Expert and relevant experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Lightroom, Bridge, etc.)
  • Experience with Figma, After Effects, is a plus.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their design needs.
  • Showcased passion, creativity, innovation, and a strong desire to keep learning and growing.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a hybrid team setting.
  • Highly organized, proactive, with outstanding attention to detail and design proficiency.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at different stages and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses a strong collaborative spirit and effective organizational communication skills.
  • A passion for Sneakers and/or Youth Culture is a plus.

Base salary:

The annual base salary range is $64000-$73000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
