As a Senior UX Designer on Zoom’s Design System Team, you'll play a crucial role in defining our platform's design. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless experience across devices while ensuring design consistency and innovation. Your work will help shape Zoom’s design standards and contribute to a cohesive ecosystem across various products. Together with a skilled team, you’ll elevate our design system, ensuring interactions are intuitive and engaging.

We work closely with our design community to build a cohesive design system that fosters innovation and creativity. Our team tackles complex design challenges to create impactful experiences that inspire millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Leading the strategy and innovation for cross-platform, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all platforms
• Leveraging expertise in design principles, human psychology, and technology trends to guide key decisions
• Defining the visual style and patterns that unify the Zoom ecosystem, illustrating the connection between design elements across users and platforms
• Collaborating closely with designers and engineers to maintain design consistency and high quality standards across a range of applications and devices
• Enhancing the Zoom brand experience both within the team and across the organization
• Fostering collaboration and alignment on design solutions across various teams, mentoring designers to support growth and professional development

What we’re looking for

• Experience (5+) of UX design experience, including expertise in design systems and strong visual design skills
• Experience with Figma and experience with a variety of design tools and prototyping software
• Be able to create engaging user experiences that balance functionality and emotional impact
• Be able to problem solve with meticulous attention to detail

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$118,600.00

Maximum:

$259,500.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
