Job DescriptionA Sr.Demand Planner, is responsible for supporting the demand estimate build up, aligned with the company's strategy, ensuring that the business need is protected and that we have the right product at the right time.
Qualifications- Support for the demand plan and management process for México and Latin America Export Markets; this includes a) generation of demand baseline b) support on commercial discussion c) adjustments aligned with commercial teams driven by strategy d) Demand submission through Anaplan system as a tool, e) Follow-up of demand KPI's such as Forecast Variance, Forecast Bias and Value Add.
- Support for the Manager team in consensus meetings with commercial teams, providing visibility into demand estimates for critical issues and priorities, identifying and raising risks and opportunities to get the right product at the right time.
- Follow up on Demand KPI's, analyze and understand results, and participate in internal meetings to review these KPI's, bringing knowledge of results for their brands/country.
- Willingness to automate and standardize demand planning processes.
- At least 2 years of experience in Demand Planning. Desirable 3 to 4 years of experience.
- Advanced/Intermidiate English
- Advanced Excel Skills and Desirable basic knowledge in Power Bi, Forecast Pro, SAP-APO, Blue Yonder or Anaplan.
