We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record-setting collectibles, all while modernizing and digitalizing the process to further our mission of helping collectors pursue their passions. We’re always on the lookout for talented people to join our growing team.

Our services span collectible trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 3000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, the UK, and France.

As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. This helps foster meaningful conversation and allows us to create an experience that closely resembles our standard working environment. Certain interview steps may take place by phone. For remote roles, and at our discretion, candidates may be asked to participate in an on-site interview as part of the final stages of the process.

We understand there may be occasional circumstances requiring accommodation and are happy to discuss them as needed. Your recruiter will be able to clarify expectations and answer any questions you have.

We are looking for a meticulous and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Care Representative, eBay for our PSA Vault team. In this position, you will play a vital role in providing world-class customer experience to our customers.

The Dealer Program Administrator manages the day-to-day operations of the Authorized PSA Dealer Program: processing applications, onboarding new dealers, administering annual recertification, and supporting the ongoing monitoring that keeps the dealer network aligned with PSA's premium brand standards. This is a hands-on, process-driven role that is core to executing the newly redesigned program, including the dealer quality scorecard, expanded documentation requirements, and background-check workflow.

You’ll report to the Manager, Partner Program Administration and VIP Events and work onsite at our Santa Ana, CA office headquarters.

Onsite Requirement:

This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week with flexibility to work on weekends.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the dealer application intake and review process end to end: collect and validate business documentation (business license, insurance, entity registration, named principals), coordinate background/credit checks with the vendor, and score applicants against the Dealer Scorecard.
  • Lead new dealer onboarding: agreement execution, systems setup, communication of program terms, Bill of Rights and brand-guideline distribution, and API/portal access where applicable.
  • Administer the annual recertification cycle for existing accounts — reissuing and collecting scorecard data, confirming no material change in business status, and flagging accounts that fall out of compliance.
  • Conduct routine spot-audits of dealer storefronts, websites, and social presence on a rotating schedule; document findings against scorecard criteria.
  • Monitor day-to-day dealer compliance signals (Yelp/BBB reviews, CRC inquiries, community forums) and escalate potential issues per the complaint-triggered review process.
  • Maintain accurate, current records on all ~600 dealer accounts, including tier status, geography, submission history, and audit/scorecard results.
  • Support Drop-Off Event and PSA Sub Center coordination by identifying dealer locations that meet program standards.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for dealer questions regarding application status, program terms, and requirements.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years in program administration, partner/channel operations, compliance, or a related operational role.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured evaluation criteria (scorecards, checklists, documented SOPs).
  • Comfortable reviewing legal/business documentation (licenses, insurance certificates, entity filings) — no legal background required.
  • Experience with CRM or account-management systems; Excel/Sheets proficiency.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain program requirements to external partners diplomatically but firmly.
  • Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the trading card/collectibles hobby is a plus, not a requirement.

Physical Requirements:

  • Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time
  • Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks
  • Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 pounds
  • Phone Answering: Talking on the phone and texting may be required, as well as manual dexterity to operate a computer and phone system efficiently
  • Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $64,974 to $76,440. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
