Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our Global Digital Solutions team.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating deal reviews, managing pricing and operational approvals, and ensuring deals move efficiently through governance processes while maintaining financial integrity and compliance.

You will join a highly collaborative and fast-paced team that acts as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, and Legal, working to ensure deal velocity and alignment with global business objectives.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate the end-to-end deal review process by managing key governance tools, such as Pricing Analysis Models and Statements of Work, ensuring accurate financial inputs and timely approvals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including Operations, Legal, and Finance—to review non-standard contract terms and align complex opportunities with business guidelines.

  • Drive digital transformation by leveraging Artificial Intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics to optimize deal governance, improve pricing insights, and enhance pipeline visibility.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in Deal Desk, pricing strategy, or commercial operations, with a track record of using Artificial Intelligence and automation to improve deal review efficiency.

  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis (including Return on Investment, depreciation, and time value of money) and the ability to interpret legal contracts and Master Agreements

  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce.com, Google Workspace, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with fluency in English and Spanish (French or Portuguese is a plus).
