Sr Data/ML Engineer

Job Description

This role is a dynamic Agile engineering position where ML Engineer will partner with Application teams and peer data scientists to: assist with data analysis and research; conduct tactical data extracts and build balanced ML and Data pipelines; deploy AI/ Machine learning models via RESTful APIs; and structure model output data and build reports to measure deployed model efficiency.

Skills and experience required

• Strong Programming skills in Python & Python based frameworks such as Celery, Flask, Django, FAST API etc.
• Experienced in building V3 REST APIs
• Experience in ML SDLC, Microservices Architectures, building pipelines and productionizing Python and Java applications.
• Hands on experience in AWS apps such EC2, S3 Data Lake etc. 
• Strong knowledge   in CI/CD pipelines   and tools such as Jenkins, Splunk, CloudWatch, Grafana, Dynatrace, Terraform .. etc.
• Experience in deploying applications in Kubernetes and AWS platform.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
• Familiarity with data pipelines and ML pipelines right from Data Extration to Insights generation
• Familiarity with Databases such as Mongo, Graph (Neptune, Neo4j etc.), Vector DB will be a plus.
• Environment/OS: Linux - Commands & scripting

Qualifications & Relevant Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably in Computer Science OR a related Stream with necessary Software skills gleaned academically and through Working experience.
• 5- years of relevant work experience
