As a Senior Data Scientist in the Agentic Support Technology Team, you will take a key role in transforming our 1,300-person global support organization from traditional human-centered operations into an agentic, AI-driven ecosystem. This role combines deep expertise in data science with contact center domain knowledge to deliver significant efficiency gains while maintaining world-class customer satisfaction.

As a hands-on senior individual contributor, you will design, build, and deploy next-generation machine learning–powered support systems, while serving as a technical liaison to product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• Design and implement machine learning models for UCaaS and CCaaS use cases

• Translate cutting-edge machine learning research into practical, scalable production solutions

• Explore new data sources and innovative machine learning approaches to improve customer experience

• Partner with technical support and product teams to align machine learning solutions with business goals

• Work closely with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into our products and internal platforms

• Own machine learning systems end-to-end, from data collection and modeling to deployment and monitoring

• Ensure model quality, performance, and continuous improvement in production environments

Desired Qualifications:

• MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning research and development

• Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience using ML frameworks such as PySpark and TensorFlow

• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining machine learning systems in production

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset
