We are seeking an experienced Staff Data Scientist to join our Predictive Analytics and AI Insights team as an individual contributor and drive our "AI first" mission. In this role, you will leverage our expansive repository of data to deliver valuable insights to internal organizations and develop AI-powered products and features for our external customers. You will play a key role in applying advanced machine learning techniques to extract maximum value from our data assets.
This individual will report to the Head of Predictive Analytics and AI Insights.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Exercise creativity to discover novel ways to extract value from our vast data repository through machine learning techniques, pioneering new approaches for data utilization beyond our current ideas
Explore, understand and develop an intimate knowledge of our existing data assets and their potential applications
Identify opportunities to supplement internal data with external sources and engineer innovative features
Design, develop and implement ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, transforming raw data into actionable insights for Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders
Create and optimize AI-powered products and features for external customers
Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in AI and machine learning
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the data science practice
Let's Connect If You:
8+ years of experience in data science roles with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects
Strong programming skills in Python, R or similar languages
Proficiency with data analysis tools, SQL and database technologies
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Deep understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design and machine learning algorithms
Excellent data visualization skills and experience with relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to diverse audiences
Creativity with complex data, meticulous attention to detail, a strong analytical mindset and curiosity
Bachelor degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related quantitative field, master's degree preferred
This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
