Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role gaining impactful insights by analyzing complex sales-datasets, developing machine learning models, and translating insights into actionable business strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and solve challenging problems using cutting-edge technologies.

The position is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Data Scientist you will be responsible for the full cycle of AI feature development starting from idea generation up to ensuring business value of the feature.
- Create complex agentic AI systems using LLM, RAGs. Our focus is on the quality of such systems.
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for predictive analytics and pattern recognition.
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of large and complex datasets to extract valuable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production and optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven 5+ years experience in Data Science preferably with focus in NLP and LLMs.
- Background in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields.
- Proven ability of developing AI based features and bringing them into scalable products.
- Experience working in a fast growing startup environment.
- Excellent software development skills: fluent with Git, testing, REST api, Docker etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work fully remote.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RAGs and agentic AI systems.
- Understanding of databases, especially SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus (we work with AWS).
- Previous experience in industries such as sales & marketing analytics is a plus.
- Knowledge of big data technologies is a plus.
