In this role, you will make a real impact with data. You’ll use cutting-edge statistical, machine learning, and LLM modeling to create and scale data products that drive decision-making, boost revenue, and streamline operations. Your work will influence strategic initiatives, product development, and overall efficiency across the organization.

What will you do?

Data Analysis and Modeling:

- Develop and deploy advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to tackle complex business problems.

- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.

- Build predictive models to forecast key metrics and guide business strategy.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

- Present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and engaging way.

Data Management:

- Ensure data quality and integrity with robust cleaning and preprocessing techniques.

- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for ongoing analysis and reporting.

Innovation and Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.

- Continuously refine models and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

What are the job requirements?

- Showcase 5+ years in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and models.

- Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed computing tools like Hadoop and Spark.:

- Hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and R.

- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).

- Skilled in using DataBricks and Snowflake for model creation and data lifecycle management.

- Experience with source control, ML pipelines, and AI copilots.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Proven ability to optimize model performance for business outcomes.

- Proficiency in LLM prompt engineering.

Soft Skills:

- Enthusiastic about collaborating with stakeholders to build business solutions.

- Demonstrates ownership and a proactive attitude to “make it happen.”

- Strong communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The annual base pay for this position is: $152,620.00 - $228,930.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
