  • Build and maintain internal dashboards to monitor the health of product and business performance, delivering timely and actionable insights.

  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports to support business needs, investigate, triage, and resolve metrics-based issues independently.

  • Design and analyze experiments and observational studies to produce actionable insights and drive product optimizations.

  • Develop compelling data narratives and presentations to inspire teams and stakeholders to take informed actions.

  • Develop quantitative methods and models to measure and improve the effectiveness of user experience and experiments.

What you’ll need

  • Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field with 2+ years of work experience or Bachelors with 5+ years of work experience as a data scientist or data engineer

  • Experience with experimental design and analysis

  • Proficient in SQL & business intelligence tools

  • Competency in Python, R, or another scripting language

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data

  • Ability to analyze and condense data to tell a persuasive story

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams

  • Self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, drive change through influence, and collaborate effectively with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders

  • Excited and hungry to try new tools and processes to achieve results

  • Passionate about building delightful products for our customers
