Essential Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement computer vision algorithms and systems for image analysis, object detection, tracking, classification and Segmentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision technologies into aerospace applications, ensuring the highest levels of safety and quality.
- Conduct research on the latest computer vision techniques and methodologies to enhance image analytics capabilities.
- Develop analytics to address customer needs and opportunities
- Work alongside software developers and software engineers to translate algorithms into commercially viable products and services.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Work in technical teams in development, deployment, and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics.
- Generate reports, annotated code, and other projects artifacts to document, archive, and communicate your work and outcomes.
- Share and discuss findings with team members.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
Desired Characteristics
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or other relevant languages.
- Experience with computer vision libraries and frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with real-time computer vision systems.
- Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning concepts and their application in computer vision.
