WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Doctorate or Master’s + 2 years or Bachelor’s + 4 years of experience in data science, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, business analytics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Physics, Statistics, or Operations Research preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Project Management skills.
- Shift: Administrative, based on business needs.
- Experience in:
- Programming, coding, system design and architecture, algorithms, and data structures
- Statistical software and coding languages (R, MATLAB, SAS, Python) and database languages (SQL)
- Defining business questions and using programming techniques to build business solutions
- Solving routine technical problems

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Leading, using and developing data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities across commercial organization.
- Leading the projects and be part of cross-functional teams on projects and/or programs with aims to systematically derive insights. t
- Taking the initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Identifying business needs, doing SWOT analysis, proposing potential analytical approaches for solutions, obtain approvals and the execute.
- Building high-performance algorithms, prototypes, predictive models and proof of concepts using Python.
- Working with SQL and other DB query languages.
- Leading, collaborating and communicating cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop appropriate methodology to answer specific business questions.
- Presenting analysis ideas, progress, and results to business partners in clear and impactful manner.
- Creating powerful stories in PowerPoint. Well-versed in MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements as they relate to data assets.

- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
- Project management skills
- Experience with Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, or similar analytics and visualization platforms
- Experience providing manufacturing support in vial filling
