Job Description
-Working with stake holders from different business units to identify the business opportunities for leveraging the data to drive business solutions.
-Develop customized algorithms for the customer so that they are suited 100% to the requirements
-Develop reusable Optimization and/or AI/ML/Statistical models that can be scaled to multiple businesses with minimum customization.
-Translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.
-Partner closely with product and engineering leaders throughout the lifecycle of project. -Ensure that necessary data is captured; analytic needs are well-defined up front and coordinate the analytic needs.
-Independently handle the products/projects and provide technical directions to the other team members.
-Develop dashboards using software like Tableau, PowerBI, etc. to share algorithm results to end users
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills: ability to tell a clear, concise, actionable story with data, to folks across various levels of the company.
-Technical directions to junior in team, like to sort the respective task for appropriate team members, mentoring them technically etc.
Qualifications
Experience: 4 – 7 yrs
Education Requirements: Masters from a reputed institutes (IITs, IIITs, IISc, etc.) in the area of Operations Research, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, etc.
Skills Required:
-Expert knowledge of Optimization Modelling – experience with optimization tools like CPLEX, PULP, Gurobi, Google OR tools and its applications
-Expert knowledge in optimization algorithms like Linear Mixed Integer Programming, Stochastic Optimization, Metaheuristics
-Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and Machine Learning concepts
-Strong expertise in Python
-Experience working in below domain will be an advantage
- Supply chain analytics: Supply chain optimization, Warehouse optimization, Job scheduling, Route optimization
- Sales Domain : Price optimization, Deals optimization
-Experience developing Gen AI applications for optimization solutions will be an advantage
-Model deployment knowledge in Azure / AWS, etc. will be an added advantage
-Deployment experience with Docker, CI & CD will be an added advantage.
-Experience working in AI product development in agile methodology will be a good advantage.
