Role Summary

As a Sr. Data Operations, you will play a critical role in launching and scaling AI products, optimizing data workflows, and driving strategic enablement across the organization. You will operate at the intersection of data, product, and business—leading horizontal initiatives that improve how data is captured, processed, and used to accelerate decision-making. Your work will involve shaping and evolving our data operations framework, enhancing feedback loops, and embedding scalable, efficient processes that power experimentation, innovation, and long-term growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure data becomes a force multiplier—amplifying product value and organizational intelligence.

What’s on Your Plate?

Execution

• Drive the operational scaling of data products, ensuring they are robust, performant, and ready for wider adoption across business units.

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of data operations processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across the organization.

• Develop, maintain, and scale internal tools that support data workflows, AI enablement, and cross-team collaboration.

• Drive the execution of strategic data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable impact.

Processes & Tools

• Design, document, and evolve core data processes to support operational excellence, model performance, and product experimentation

• Optimize the use of tools for data ingestion, transformation, storage, and observability, enabling seamless data accessibility and reliability

• Ensure all processes and tooling adhere to internal standards, data governance policies, and industry best practices

Problem Unblocking

• Identify and resolve complex data workflow issues with minimal supervision, ensuring high system reliability and responsiveness

• Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and product teams to proactively remove blockers and support faster iteration cycles

• Implement long-term, scalable solutions that reduce operational overhead and empower data users

Strategic Contribution

• Take ownership of horizontal and strategic initiatives that improve data ways of working, streamline feedback loops, and scale AI product readiness.

• Lead efforts to enhance data accuracy, accessibility, and usability across teams and platforms.

• Contribute to long-term data strategy planning by surfacing operational insights, identifying opportunities, and shaping scalable solutions.

What Did We Order?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, product, product operations, data analysis or similar role.
• Experience in leading cross functional projects and teams. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable at dealing with ambiguity. 
• Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision. 
• Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have an ability to prioritise demands in a fast-paced  environment.  
• A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.  
• Strong English skills, in both written and verbal communication. 
• Strong SQL skills
• Good understanding of data science definitions and terms
