KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of HR data Management professionals to ensure efficient and effective handling of HR data.
- Develop and implement HR data management strategies, policies, and procedures to maintain data quality and integrity.
- Ensure robust documentation, controls, and audit readiness, including SOPs, process governance, and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Benefits, HR Ops, IT and others) to identify HR data requirements and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
- Oversee HR data governance activities, including data classification, privacy, and security.
- Find opportunities to shift work strategically from Tier 1 to Tier 0 channels through automation, self-service, and knowledge enablement.
- Manage HR data integration and migration projects to support system enhancements and upgrades.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement, bringing to bear process optimization, automation, and technology to improve scalability and employee experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR data management and analytics.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction for HR data management initiatives and tools.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key HR stakeholders and technology partners.
People & Organizational Leadership:
- Lead, develop, and encourage teams, building a strong bench and succession pipeline.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive and employee-centric culture, championing diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Set clear expectations for performance, accountability, and behaviors, providing mentoring and feedback to team members
- Support workforce planning, capacity modeling, and skills development to support current and future business needs globally
YOU MUST HAVE
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in leading global or multi-region HR Operations teams or in shared services environments.
- 5+ years proven experience in HR data management, data governance, or data analytics field.
- Good knowledge and experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (highly preferred) or any other global cloud-based HRMS software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HR data management principles, practices, and technologies.
- Experience with HR data integration, migration, and quality tools.
- Demonstrated success in crafting and leading global transformation initiatives and scaling operating models across regions.
- Outstanding communication abilities, enabling clear expression of strategy, performance, and risk to varied audiences.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities specific to HR data.
- Experience providing strategic guidance and direction for HR data initiatives.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Advanced collaborator management capabilities, with experience influencing senior leaders and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data management tools relevant to HR.
