Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Data Management Analyst to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
In this role, you will collect, prepare, validate, and report statistical data, while also providing technical support for tools and analytical processes used for specific lines of insurance.

Responsibilities
- Develops and prepares new reports and applications using multiple sources of information.
- Evaluates information being reported for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness.
- Maintains and provides support for existing tools and applications used in the analysis of information.
- Communicates with actuaries, accountants, product managers, and IT counterparts regarding data and business requirements for new reports or applications.
- Prepares internal and external correspondence related to the development and understanding of information.
- Conducts research into proposed solutions for data quality issues and the development of new reports or applications.
- Implements process efficiencies and automations.
- Assists in the cross-training and development of other professional personnel as assigned.
Work Experience in This Field:
- Minimum Required: 1-3 years
- Preferred: 4-6 years
- Insurance Background strongly preferred
English Proficiency:
- Minimum Required: Fluent

- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree
