Position Summary
We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Solution Lead to support Retail Transportation space within the Business Intelligence team. In this role, you’ll act as a technical consultant to retail business organization, helping design and integrate large-scale analytics solutions. You’ll work with project managers, architects, and engineering teams to build data products that are scalable, sustainable, and well‑governed. This is an individual contributor role
Required Qualifications
5+ years in data/analytics within BI environments.
5+ years designing scalable analytics solutions.
2+ years creating technical documentation for mixed audiences.
2+ years working in enterprise public cloud environments.
Experience integrating modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Thoughtspot).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a STEM field.
Experience delivering complex data/analytics initiatives.
Project team leadership experience.
Background with Google Cloud architecture.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Experience working in agile environments.
Excellent communication and influence skills.
Ability to work quickly in ambiguous situations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
