Job Summary:

In-office M - F: Newark, NJ
Hours: 7am - 3:30pm
Responsible for high speed and convenience scanning of all documents. This position will be assigned daily responsibilities as required.

  • Scan in accordance with all scanning procedures.
  • Ensure that work is scanned in 'first in, first out' (FIFO) order.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of documents through the high speed scanners to completion of the batch store process.
  • Resolve routine technical problems and refers non-routine technical problems to Management or the Technical Support team.
  • Insure daily maintenance of high speed scanners.
  • Perform other related duties as required by Management.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.


Work experience:

  • Requires one to three (1-3) years of clerical business experience.
  • Prefers experience working in a Production and Quality environment
  • Need to demonstrate willingness to be cross-trained in other roles/duties.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and apply learning to new situations. Must exhibit flexibility to change as appropriate.


Specialized knowledge/skills:

  • Require one year experience in operating various data capture equipment. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Detail Oriented, Strong Organizational and Follow up Skills
  • Require the ability to quickly and accurately perceive and classify detailed information, to be determined by the Visual Speed and Accuracy Test (UV).
  • Require the ability to classify information, to be determined by the Classifying Test. (US)
  • Require the ability to read, understand and follow written directions, to be determined by the Written Directions Test (UW).


 

Salary Range:

$35,984 - $47,851

​This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
