About the role .
What you'll be doing.
- Act as a key liaison between LATAM business stakeholders and global Data & AI teams, ensuring that business needs-especially regional/local requirements-are clearly understood, translated, and addressed through scalable data and technology solutions.
- The role supports the adoption of data, analytics, and AI capabilities across the region, helps users identify and solve business problems, and contributes to delivering solutions aligned with global standards.
- Support regional AI adoption and coaching activities, helping business users understand, experiment with, and adopt corporate AI tools while continuing to build AI knowledge.
Key Responsibilities.
- Bridge business users and global technology teams, translating regional needs into clear requirements.
- Help stakeholders identify business problems, use cases, priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Contribute to defining data, analytics, and AI solutions that best address business needs.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements with key stakeholders.
- Support solution delivery with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and global teams.
- Support and promote adoption of data, analytics, and AI tools in daily business processes.
- Support AI coaching activities, including onboarding, training, guidance, and best practices for corporate AI tools.
- Provide hands-on support in testing, prototyping, and identifying improvement opportunities for BI, data, and AI solutions.
- Deliver enablement sessions for business users on data, analytics tools, and AI solutions
- Support data analysis and insight generation, helping transform data into actionable business insights
- Assist users in troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating resolution with technical teams
- Promote a data-driven decision-making culture
- Ensure alignment with global standards, governance, and best practices
What you'll need to be successful.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field
Language Skills : Spanish Fluent | English: Advanced | Portuguese: Nice To have
Experience : 4-7 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related roles | Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms | Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams | Experience supporting or collaborating in data/analytics or digital solutions initiatives | Experience in user enablement, training, or change management is a plus
