About This Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Individual Segment Credit Analytics — Own data analysis and reporting for FNBO's individual lending segment. Develop trend and snapshot analyses across product lines and translate findings into clear narratives that help leadership understand portfolio health and emerging risk.
- Regulatory Reporting Support — Manage data supporting recurring regulatory submissions including Federal Reserve Call Reports and OCC examination packages. Ensure accuracy, definitional alignment with regulatory requirements, and full auditability of reported figures across relevant schedules (e.g., RC-C, RC-N) and, where applicable, HMDA obligations.
- Data Management & Documentation — Execute end-to-end data workflows including extraction, transformation, validation, and visualization. Document processes clearly enough that work can be reproduced, extended, or audited by others.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with Credit Risk, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure analytical outputs reflect business reality and support both management and regulatory objectives.
- Tooling & Reporting — Leverage Python, SQL, and Microsoft Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and Power Pivot) to build and maintain analytical deliverables for both recurring and ad hoc needs.
