The Role

The Sr. Cybersecurity Culture Specialist is responsible for building cybersecurity humancentric solutions to enable Danaher and its Operating companies’ cybersecurity culture success through awareness and training strategies, tools, and resources.  

This position is part of Danaher’s Information Security and will be located as Remote.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Serves as the phishing simulation program manager by overseeing 16+ enterprise-wide phishing simulations, DIS role-based phishing sims, and Phishing Metrics. 
  • Develops and implements Cybersecurity role-based learning
  • Manage and optimize security awareness platforms, phishing simulation tools, and learning management systems (LMS), ensuring seamless operation and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Ensure cybersecurity training programs align with industry regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, CMMC) and internal compliance requirements, supporting audits and certification efforts.
  • Designs awareness deliverables (Examples: Chronicles of Cybersecurity newsletter, SharePoint resources, and KM templates and tools)

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Writing and Course Development: Competency in technical writing and course development.
  • Content Creation and Web Management: Proficiency in content creation using tools like Captivate, Photoshop, Premiere, and managing web content with platforms like SharePoint.
  • Experience in Instructional Design and IT: Over 5 years of experience in instructional design, project management, and information technology.
  • Program Management: Experience in managing cybersecurity culture programs, including the development and implementation of security awareness and training strategies.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

  • Cybersecurity: Over 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity Culture.
    • Policy Governance & Risk Management: Experience in policy governance and risk management, including the development of policies and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $140K - $160K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
