About Job:- Ensure adherence to ISO/IATF standards and company quality systems. Act as focal point for all quality related customer communications (internally and externally)
- Work with customers to verify and understand the device and system level issues
- Address customer issues and update customers in a timely manner regarding the status of the quality issues or inquiries
- Provide feedback to internal team regarding customers’ demands on quality standards, expectations on product quality, and drive for continuous improvements
- Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers
- Monitor and report key quality metrics (PPM, customer scorecards, audit results) to internal teams.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and change management processes from a quality perspective
- 8+ total years in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering function
- 3+ years in Customer Quality Engineering with Root Cause Failure Analysis knowledge and exemplary direct customer support skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of complex in electronics, electrical, or mechanical assemblies, prefer automotive electronic technology
- Knowledge of manufacturing principles and manufacturing engineering techniques
- Working knowledge of quality tools including cause-and-effect diagram, check sheet, control chart, histogram, Pareto chart, scatter diagram, affinity diagram, tree diagram, control plan, and failure modes-and-effects analysis
- Sound knowledge on ISO9000 / TS16949 / VDA, automotive experience and exposure is added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Able to interface effectively with associates and customers at all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to provide quality interface at any level
- Previous experience with multinational corporations is an advantage
- Good understanding of and able to communicate in English and Mandarin. Knowledge in other language is an advantage。
