Sr. Customer Operations Analyst

What You Will Do

• Responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient supply of materials needed for production or operations
• Maintain supply chain metrics and reports to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to optimize inventory management and forecast demand.
• Conduct root cause analysis of supply chain issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze situations/data, provide in-depth evaluation of variable factors (e.g., inventory segmentation, safety stock and ROP calculation, Excess & Obsolete inventory, and inventory optimization).
• Analyze and make recommendations on efficient use of supply to management with a focus service / in-stock ratios with insight to True Root Cause when we experience failures across inventory.
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
• Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
• Initiates appropriate communication with the Production and Operations Team regarding forecast changes.
• Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience.(alternatively a Master's and 0+ year of experience).
• Advanced PC skills and expert in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills. Working knowledge of Tableau/ Power BI for data visualization and presentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience working in an ERP system (preferably SAP) a plus.
• Highly detailed planning and organization ability, multitask, set own priorities and adapt to a changing environment.
• Ability to present complex information to senior leadership and obtain alignment.
• Teamwork: Works effectively across organizations to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Direct experience in procurement or supply chain function
• An understanding of server products preferred.
