This is an exciting role inside Honeywell Aerospace Technologies Customer Marketing team. You will be part of an agile team of marketing professionals passionate about testing, learning, iterating, and scaling to maximize effectiveness.

The Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for strategic business units and key pursuits globally. You will collaborate with marketing leaders, product owners, sales and partner teams to deliver effective campaigns. You will develop effective content and tactics to launch new product introductions, promote product enhancements, pursue new growth opportunities, and analyze/optimize performance according to KPIs to deliver on business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Understand customers' decision journey, market dynamics and competitive landscape• Develop marketing campaign concepts and briefs reflecting paid, earned, shared and owned tactics• Develop marketing tactics that move customers through the sales funnel• Plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns that drive preference for aerospace products and services resulting in engagement and leads• Work effectively with colleagues in other businesses and regions• Engage with offering managers, segment marketing and channel marketing • Engage with agencies and internal services• Test, measure, and optimize campaign performance to deliver on business objectives

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE• 5 years+ in Marketing• Excellent business writing and editing skills• Excellent organizational and project planning/management skills• Strong communication and presentation skills• Ability to operate collaboratively

WE VALUE• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Communication• Experience in CRM and Marketing Automation (Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, etc.)• Both corporate and agency experience a plus• 2 years+ experience with developing and executing Marketing in B2B & B2C• 2 years+ experience executing digital/social media strategies• Proficient use of marketing analytics / results measurement • Past experience in a customer success, product marketing or product management role is a plus• Master's degree preferredAdditional Information
